Hello and thank you for participating in our FixaPet program.

Please review the FixaPet Program information which will answer all of your questions about how the program works.

Please be sure to withhold food from your pets after 8:00 p.m. on the night before your appointment.  (If your pet is a kitten or puppy less than six months old, it may still have food in the evening.  Do not give breakfast the next morning.)  If for a rabbit, food the night before is OK, but please only give a very small amount of food the next morning.  It is OK for your pets to have water.

If you wish to booster your pet’s previous vaccinations, please be sure to bring documentation showing what vaccinations your pet has already had.

If your pet is currently taking any medications, please bring it with you.

Your pet(s) will be ready to go home late afternoon the same day at 4:30 p.m.

If you are unable to keep your appointment(s), or can’t bring all the pets you have appointments for, please let us know right away, as we paying the veterinarian for this time and it is reserved specifically for your pet(s).  If you have any questions feel free to email us at cchs.fixapet@gmail.com.

Thank you!
