Wanda was exactly the kitty she needed, and now Wanda has a great home where she's getting all the love and attention she
wants!
Nikki and Darin had met little "Skyla" when they visited CCHS, and later decided they wanted to add her to their home.
They were happy to find her at our Adoption Fair, where they took her home to join her new kitty sister 'Zeke'. We're
quite sure that Skyla is provided lots of entertainment and love!
Sarah travelled from Milwaukee to find "Bullseye", but he was certainly worth the trip! One of our Maine Coon/Tabby
mixes, Bullseye was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful swirl patterns on his sides. He had an equally wonderful personality,
and we're sure he's keeping Sarah very busy playing and cuddling!
James and Pam came all the way from Illinois in snowy weather to adopt our precious little boy, "Stitch". A Maine
Coon mix, Stitch had a very sweet and gentle personality. He also had very big feet, so we're sure he's going to be
a big boy when he grows up! We know he's going to provide the whole household with a great deal of love and entertainment!

love, and getting a lot of love in return!

'Philo' to old age, we know that Belle has helped to fill their home with love again!
Mary and Shad were looking for two little kittens to add to their family. They saw "Timmy" and "Cosmo" online,
and knew they were the ones. The little kittens were in foster care until they were big enough to be adopted.

babies and spending time with them, they were delighted to adopt them and take them home, where they now have lots of toys
and love!

Seth plans to take Cider for car rides and boat rides, as well as playing catch and frisbee.

Christine stopped at the Shelter with her friend Lynn to visit our kitties. She had recently lost her cat to old
age, and her house was just a little too lonely. She spent time with a lot of our cats, but just wasn't sure which was
the right one for her. She went home to think about it, but couldn't forget about little "Tripod". She thought
about Tripod that night, and even woke up thinking that 'Tria' would be a perfect new name for her. She came back to
the Shelter, and was soon on her way home with her new friend Tria. We were all delighted, as Tria was one of our special
need kitties. She had a birth defect, and was missing her back foot. She really needed a special home filled with
lots and lots of love, and she got exactly that with Christine!

"Aria", our gorgeous Siberian Husky, found a great new home with Mandy and Adam. She's especially lucky as her

that they needed to come to CCHS to find a new kitten! They decided to get two littermates so that they could grow up
together, and fell in love with "Malachi" and "Yasmine" (now called Suzie-Q) when they met them. We're so happy that
they came to us and that we were able to help them find two new family members!

"Mr Muggins", our Puggle (Pug / Beagle), was too cute! He instantly
captured the heart of his foster mom's friend Gail and her husband Tom, too. After losing their last dog to old age, they
were going to wait before getting another, but Mr. Muggins, now 'Jingles', was meant to be. They were quite prepared for him
knowing all they could on the breed ahead of time, and even started a little doggie wardrobe for him. He couldn't be
more loved and spoiled!
After Harley unfortunately lost his last
cat due to the outside dangers, he knew his next cat would never be allowed out. After much consideration, he decided "Desmond"
was just the new buddy for him. We know they are going to have a lot of fun together and are just what each other needed
in life!
"Jake" couldn't be happier with Holly and
Terry, as well as their two children. He has a great fenced yard, a new Golden Retriever brother, as well
as a Golden Retriever neighbor to play with. He's sure to get unconditional love, lots of toys, exercise and even
visits to the pond for swimming. They were so excited to adopt Jake and we're thrilled he found such a super home!
Holly (sibling to Ivy & Berry) was very cute and won
the hearts of parents Stacy & Monty. After losing their last Border Collie mix to old age, they knew they wanted
another since knew all about the breed and their energy level. Holli joins two rescued pets, as well as two
children to play with, and we know they'll all be very happy together!

until suddenly we had several families all wanting him! He found a great new owner with Tracy (in the green) and will
be a well-loved boy getting lots of exercise, love and attention.

George came to CCHS looking for a new companion. He had recently lost his German Shepherd, Frank, that he adopted
from CCHS years ago. He found exactly what he was looking for in "Prince", a handsome Black Lab that came to stay with

girls are busy walking and playing with Esmerelda every day, and Katrina is planning to take her to obedience classes, too.
Eric and Sara had their heart set on adopting a Siamese kitten. Little "Glitter" was at the Shelter for a while
waiting to find a new home, but first we had to help her get healthy. Once she was ready to go home, Eric and Sara were
delighted to come to the Shelter and pick her up. We're so glad they were willing to wait for her and give her the loving
home she needed!
Bobbie Jo needed a new kitty after losing her cat Kinzy to old age. She wasn't just sure which kitty she wanted
to adopt, but little "Twinkle" knew exactly! Twinkle joins 'Lucy', a beautiful Lab mix adopted from CCHS last year,
as well as a Calico cat named Zoe. We know the whole family is having a great time together, and Twinkle is getting
lots of snuggle and talk time!
"Molly" came to the Shelter when her mom could no longer care for her. A very sweet little Bichon/Poodle puppy,
Molly found a great new home with Karen and Kevin and their sons Matthew and Andrew. Molly is happy knowing she'll now
be the center of attention as the newest member of their family!

and Scooby three times a day!
"Bacon" was the last of our 'Breakfast Pups', and really wanted to find his very own home. He lucked out with his
new parents, Randy and Tammy. They had originally been interested in an older dog, but something about the little guy
got to their hearts and they had to take him home. He'll join three children, Jamie, Cody, and Ashley, and they'll all enjoy
swimming in their ponds next summer!
Terrence and Cheryl were looking for a new puppy to add to their family, and found "Waffle" on our website. Waffle
was just what they and their children Alexandra and Matthew were looking for. They travelled all the way from Minnesota
to pick her up, but she was most definitely worth the trip!

Mark and a new "brother" to play with! The family had planned on adopting an adult dog after visiting CCHS on a school

boy to give him tons of love and playtime too, we know he'll be very happy!

was a Christmas gift to the family after losing their old dog at 13 years old. Keetna was a complete surprise to the kids

her fenced yard, with great parents Susan and Thomas, as well as their three children, Matthew, Christopher, and
