AliceDinah.jpg

"Alice" & "Dinah" (from our Wonderland Kittens) fit just what Jaime & Phillip were looking for.  After losing their last cat to old age, they came to the Shelter for a new friend, and ended up with both sisters! We're very happy as they found a wonderful new home together.

HopeQueen.jpg

We were delighted that Terry and her two sons, Tyler & CJ came to our Adoption Fair to find two new kitties for their family.  After careful consideration, they decided that "Hope" and "Queen" were the lucky kittens.  Queen is the black kitten shown with CJ above, and Hope (now called Smudge) is the calico shown with Tyler.  We've already had pictures back from the family, and it looks like everyone is very happy and loved!

Sophie1.jpg

"Sophia" was one of our very special kitties who waited a very long time to find her new home.  Sophia had been surrendered by an older lady who could no longer keep her.  While Sophia was at the Shelter she lived in Kitty City, but was very shy and no one really noticed her.  We brought her along to our Adoption Fair in hopes that someone would finally notice her, and Sheila sure did!  Sheila was looking for a new friend and "cuddle buddy", and Sophia was exactly what she needed.  We've heard back that  "two middle-aged girls know how to relate to each other"!

DustyCaddy.jpg

"Caddy" and "Dusty" were two of our black cats who were also best friends.  We really wanted them to stay together, and luckily so did Dakota, Robert, and Jayne.  They were delighted to add the wonderful pair to their home.  Dusty was also our last remaining cat from the Juneau County Humane Society rescue, so we were especially happy to see him find a great home!

PeeWee.jpg

"Pee Wee" was one of our favorite kitties at the Shelter, as he'd been there for over a year waiting for his new home.  We took him along on our Mall Trip, and Roni came to the mall looking for a friend for her kitty Trixie.  It wasn't long and Pee Wee was finally on his way to his new home.  Sometimes the best things are worth waiting for!

AnnieMoxie.jpg

Mia and Brenda came to our Adoption Fair to pick out a new kitty.  They decided on "Moxie", but as we were doing their paperwork, decided they really wanted to take "Annie" home too.  Now called "Poison" and "Apple", we know the two little kittens are keeping them well entertained and providing lots of love.

Midget.jpg

Little "Midget" was one of the kittens in our "Idget" litter, and her beautiful buff coloring and cute face were just what Heather was looking for.  Their cat "Fizzy" was lonely and needed a new friend, and Midget was chosen to join their family.  She's shown above with Kearah, her new friend and playmate.

EenieMeenie.jpg

"Eenie" & "Meenie" (sisters to Minie & Mo) are so happy they not only got a great home with Karen who was seeking 2 Russian Blue girls, but they got to stay together! Everyone was so pleased as they'll be very spoiled with their new Mom, and still be able to cuddle up and clean each other which they love to do!

Rudy.jpg

"Rudy", our wirey coated pup from our Sunglass litter captured the heart of parents Jenni & Bob who wanted a black puppy. They are a super family who've had dogs their entire lives up until the last died of old age. Rudy will certainly be part of the family getting as much love as their daughter!

Zyla.jpg

"Zyla's" family came to adopt another puppy but fell in love with a beautiful puppy most know as a 'Pitbull'. It's a shame so many are afraid of her breed, but a snuggly girl to cuddle up on the couch was just what Kris & Jim were looking for! She joins another rescued dog Gertie who had just lost her Pitbull friend to cancer, so we know they will get along well! Now called "Zoee", we know this girl will be treated royally with tons of love and a huge fenced in yard to play in!

Charlie.jpg

"Charlie" couldn't be happier than with his new parents Leslie & Greg. They didn't plan to adopt him, however he certainly chosen their daughter as he followed her every step in our cat room. When the two then snuggled up together, it was decided Charlie was meant to be. We know everyone will be very happy!

Shady.jpg

"Shady" captured Carol's heart immediately with one look at her photo.  After losing her old Sharpei last year, Carol loved the breed but wanted something smaller...and what better choice than a Cairn Terrier (like Toto) & Sharpei mix? Shady was a perfect fit & cannot ask for a better home where she'll get tons of love, walks and car rides too!

Opal.jpg

Little "Opal" (part of our Gemstone Pups) is now Sadie who found a great home with parents Tracy & Bob, as well as children, Lauren & Haley. She joins another rescued dog who lost her doggie sister to old age and will now have a puppy to train and keep her company.  We know Opal will have a happy life being treated as one of the kids!

Amanda.jpg

"Amanda" was the lucky girl to go home even though she's often passed over for being 'just a black and white' cat. She wasn't declawed like Dan had hoped, but after spending time with all the cats, she was the best match for him.  We know she'll be a loved and well taken care of girl in her new life!

Chanel.jpg

"Chanel", now Miya, was part of our 'Sunglass Pups'. She joins a doggie sister, Charlie, the Beagle, as well as mom Sherry & daughters Samantha & Bonnie. With a priceless Sharpei face and sweet personality, the family couldn't help but fall in love with her.  We know she'll certainly be a well loved and cherished member of the family!

tritonadoption.jpg

"Triton" was one of our very special needs dogs who had been shot several times and was also positive for Lymes disease & heartworm. After several visits during his heartworm treatments, Triton knew Crystal & Scott were the people he wanted to love! He joins two other rescued doggie friends, Boscoe & Bella, and we know he will be treated better than most people's children! Triton, now Briton, is a strong survivor who proved he can pull through anything and looks forward to many wonderful, loving years in his new home.

Sassy.jpg

"Sassy's" family is sure going to give her a super new life! Between Richard and his 2 great daughters, we know she'll be getting more love and attention than she can imagine! She'll even have several housecats to snuggle with too, plus, possibly a new doggie brother or sister in the near future to play with.

Minie.jpg

"Mo" (from the Eenie, Meenie, Minie & Mo family) was lucky enough to be adopted into a great home.  Now called Kiwi, he joins another rescued Russian Blue mix to play with, and a great mom, Leah, who we know will spoil him rotten!

minie.jpg

"Minie" (also of Eenie, Meenie, Minie & Mo fame) captured the heart of a great Minnesota family who had been looking for a Russian Blue mix. Now named Kinko & pictured with their daughter, we know he'll be a happy boy with great parents Stephen and Jolene, as well as 3 other children and another playful cat!

Buddy.jpg

Karalee and her family were looking for a companion for their older dog, Bandit, after losing her companion to old age.  They fell in love with "Buddy Walker", and decided he would be a great fit with their family.  Buddy is shown above with Karalee as well as his new playmates, Zach and Brad.

ItsyBitsy.jpg

"Itsy" & "Bitsy" were tossed from a car and almost run over by another. After all they went through together, we're so glad the two super sweet girls could stay together. They adore one another and now have two other kitty friends to hang out with, as well as with new mom Crys!

DotDash.jpg

Beth came to our Adoption Fair looking for a new friend as she had recently lost her kitty due to old age.  She fell in love with "Dash", but soon decided that "Dot" needed to come home too.  The pair were absolutely darling kittens, and we know that they've provided Beth with lots of love and entertainment.

DipperTipper.jpg

Shirley and Kevin really missed having a kitty around after fostering their daughter's cat.  So they decided they would like to adopt two female kittens who were sisters.  Little "Tipper" and "Dipper" are they lucky kitties who got a new home.  Now called "Smokey" and "Buffy", the two little sisters are having a great time playing with all their new toys, and are planning lots of trips with their new parents.

King.jpg

Cheryl and her daughter Ashley came to our Adoption Fair and fell in love with our little "King".  Now called Lucky, our little kitty certainly was lucky to find such a loving family to be a part of.  We know that he's getting lots and lots of attention and love!

Joker.jpg

Sara and her family were in the Marshfield area visiting friends, when they decided to stop by our Adoption Fair at the mall.  They had recently lost a kitty to cancer, and were thinking of adding a new family member.  Little "Joker" was putting on quite a show playing and doing acrobatics in his cage, and lo and behold, they fell in love. They decided to take him along home and are now calling him Stanley.  Shown above with Heather, Stanley joins two other kitty friends, Emily & Dusti, and we're sure he's still the center of attention!

Ace.jpg

"Ace" caught the heart of Tricia & Mark, who saw him online, applied for him, and then came to meet him at our Adoption Fair.  It was definitely a good match, and Ace went home to join his new family where he's getting lots of love and playtime.

Fendi.jpg

"Fendi" (part of our Sunglass Pups) couldn't be happier with new parents Joy & Kevin.  They drove from Illinois for her and knew she was the puppy for them with her adorable wrinkle face & sweet disposition.  Her new name "Albert" was picked out ahead of time after a sports star, whether they adopted a male or female.  We know little Albert will have a super home filled with tons of love!

Jacey.jpg

"Jacey" missed out on a home the other day since she was at the vet being spayed when a family stopped, but it wasn't going to happen again! She quickly turned on the charm and won over Jenny & her daughter with her snuggly personality. After already visiting all the cats at our mall adoption fair, they knew Jacey was a perfect fit!

Oakley.jpg

New parents Steve & Julie spent a lot of time deciding on which Sunglass puppy they wanted, but felt "Oakley" was the best match for their home. Now named Chase, he was on his way to Petco to get pampered with lots of new doggie stuff! We know he'll be a spoiled little boy with lots of doggie relatives to play with and tons of love from his Mom & Dad!

Jack.jpg

"Jack", from our 'Card Kittens' immediately captured the heart of Bonnie & her son.  Now called 'Halo', he has a great new family to love him, as well as a new doggie friend at home to play with!

Dream.jpg

After taking in a stray kitten & then finding the owner the next day, Peggy and her cat Oreo were lonely. Dream (from Hope, Faith, Dream & mom, Destiny) was one of our extra special kittens who had a horrific, quarter-sized hole in her throat area. She sure did dream of a home better than the last where she was going to be fed to the dog, like one of her siblings already had. Peggy was willing to do the rest of the treatment, so our little girl, now "Sunshine", has a super new life!

Tiger1.jpg

"Tiger" was given up due to a move, but knew Sharwin was the one he wanted to spend his life with!  He was shy in the shelter yet being newer, but warmed up to her, so we're sure he'll be a great new addition. He was a sweet boy, and now has a great new home with an owner to give him lots of love and snuggle time!

Jax.jpg

"Jax" couldn't have found a better home than with Jim & Mary where he will be treated like their child.  After losing their last Lhasa to a heart attack, Jax was just what they were looking for.  He'll certainly be a part of the family going for lots of walks, car rides, and of course getting tons of snuggle time!

Percy.jpg

"Percy" was shy and black in color but captured the hearts of John & Jennifer due to her sweet nature.  We know she's going to be very happy with her new parents as she'll be a spoiled girl getting all she wants including tummy rubs and lots of love!

EmberStarla.jpg

"Ember" (calico) & "Starla" (black/white) are not only happy to be adopted together, they're glad they found a great new home with parents Linda & Joseph, as well as children Nate & Kasey. We know they'll be very happy with their new family.

roaryearl.jpg

"Roary Earl", now Max is going to be enjoying a super new family with Jennifer & her daughter Kiana.  They'd been looking for a dog for a while, and when Roary's picture came up online, they knew he was the the one! He'll be a spoiled guy with lots of love, a fenced yard to run in & trips to the doggie park!

Shadow.jpg

"Shadow" was a super dog who got an equally as great family! He'll get more than enough attention with Teri, a stay at home mom who'll to cater to all his needs, including several mile walks. And when dad John is home from trucking, maybe he can take a few fun rides too in the big truck!

flurry.jpg

"Flurry", now Cerberus (aka Cerby) was just what Jeff (pictured) was looking for as a new best friend & training buddy for 4-H.  We know he will be one spoiled little dog with lots of fun & exercise.  He joins a rescued cat, as well as 2 other children, Stephanie & Bradley, and parents Ron & Mary. He's one of the few dogs that had a "welcome home" party waiting when he arrived home!

Kipper.jpg

Little "Kipper" was one of our "Ipper Kittens" litter, and had been in foster care for several weeks.  Shortly after the kittens were returned to the Shelter, Kipper caught the heart of Megan who was looking for a new friend.  After spending time with her boyfriend's cat, Megan decided she needed one of her own to cuddle and love.  We know that Kipper is doing his best to love Megan right back!
